Registered Manager
Jemma has extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications in the care sector as well as a kind and compassionate nature. She sets high standards of care and professionalism and is a very hands-on manager.
Mollie Green
Care Co-Ordinator
Mollie started her career with Prior Care Ltd as an apprentice and has successfully worked her way to becoming our care co-ordinator. She is the woman behind the rotas, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that the right carer is with the right client at the right time.
Jade Trowbridge
Recruitment & Admin Officer
Jade is the first friendly face or voice that you will normally encounter. She recruits our care staff ensuring that we only have the very best carers whose values match that of our company.
Sian Cowler
Accounts
Sian deals with our payroll and invoicing and any financial queries that may arise. Our clients and their families speak to Sian to process their invoices and payments.
